Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
We strive to fulfill all orders to our customer's satisfaction but occasionally there will be a need for a return, refund or exchange.
Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy. Shipping with a tracking number will be paid by the customer unless there was an error on our part or a flaw in the fabric.
Refunds: Refunds will be given once the items have been received and meets all of our requirements.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and 100% smoke and pet odor free. Items not meeting one or more of these criteria will not be refunded. Refunds will be given once we receive and meet all of our requirements.
Exchanges will only be granted if we have the same product item in stock. Otherwise, you will be refunded by way of your original payment method.
